VHP Sugar
VHP (Very High Polarization) is a raw sugar produced for refining and industrial use, and one of Brazil's most exported grades.
VHP retains a golden colour and a thin layer of molasses around each crystal. It is generally purchased by refineries and industrial buyers who process it further before final use.
Polarization, colour and moisture are confirmed against the contractual specification agreed for each shipment.
