ICUMSA 45 is the most refined white sugar grade traded internationally, recognised for its high whiteness and purity.
The ICUMSA scale measures the colour of sugar: the lower the number, the whiter the product. At 45, the sugar is fully refined and free-flowing, which is why it is widely specified by food and beverage manufacturers.
